- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking inside the villa
- Age requirement: At least 25 years old to check in
- Children: Not suitable for children under 7 years for safety reasons
Pool & outdoor area
- Pool towels are exclusively for pool use — not for the beach
- Use the plastic glasses provided around the pool
- Close parasols and French windows when leaving the villa to prevent any damage in case of wind or rain
- Do not leave beanbags in the garden to preserve the lawn
Prohibited activities
- Barbecues are not allowed for everyone's safety
- No smoking anywhere in the villa
- Certain fruits such as durians and mangosteens are not permitted
- No parties or events — please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
House care
- Do not flush waste or paper towels down the toilet
- Please remove your shoes inside the villa
- Garbage sorting bins are available inside and in the parking lot (household, plastic, glass)
Reminders & fees
Security deposit
10,000 THB
Cash upon arrival, returned on departure subject to any damage or additional charges.
Electricity
9 THB / kWh
Average ~€10/day for normal use. Meter read on arrival and departure. Turn off lights and AC when leaving.
Mid-stay cleaning
1,800 THB
Required for stays of 8 nights or more. Includes villa, sheets & towels. Non-negotiable.
Early / late check
300 THB / hr
Based on availability. Late arrivals after 6 PM or early departures before 9 AM. No 24h reception.
Before you leave
- Collect dirty bath and pool towels
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils
- Return all furniture and objects to their original place
- Turn off all lights and disconnect electronics
- Discard garbage in the appropriate bins
- Lock all windows and doors
- Return keys to the manager
Guest access
You will have private access to the whole villa, pool and garden.
- A copy of each guest's passport will be requested upon arrival to comply with Thai immigration laws
- People not registered on the reservation will not be able to access the villa
- The entrance is secure — all arrival information will be communicated after reservation confirmation
Good to know
Manager
The villa is supervised by our manager François, who will welcome you and remain available throughout your stay for any request or need. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a registration form covering the villa rules, electricity fees and the security deposit.
Garden & pool maintenance
The garden and pool are maintained weekly by our technician. We will inform you in advance of the visit — please allow access to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the premises. A pesticide check is also carried out once a month for a healthy and comfortable environment.
Power outages
Power outages and surges are common in tropical countries due to high temperatures and heavy rains. These events are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is currently under development. You may be exposed to some noise at certain times of the day. Mornings and evenings are peaceful — perfect for enjoying excursions during the day and finding calm in the evening to rest after a day full of experiences and emotions.

Villa Souimanga is not a hotel. We offer an Airbnb experience in a local home. You are staying in a home that belongs to another person — thank you in advance for respecting and taking care of the villa and all the amenities available to you during your stay.
