The villa is managed by a manager who will be available throughout your stay to respond to your requests or needs.

Electricity is charged according to consumption. The meter is read on arrival and departure, at a rate of 9 THB per kWh.

The villa, bed linen and towels are cleaned once a week for stay of 7 nights or more at a rate of 2500 THB per stay, this fees are mandatory.

A deposit of 10,000 THB in cash will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you upon departure, subject to any damages or additional costs.

A copy of each traveller’s passport will be requested upon arrival in order to comply with Thai immigration laws. Persons not listed on the booking will be refused entry.

We had a great stay at this villa in Mae Nam! The location is perfect: easy access to the beach, charming Fisherman's Village and convenient to reach by car or scooter lively towns like Bophut, Chaweng or Lamai. The house is comfortable and matches the photos, in a tropical setting with its beautiful pool facing the coconut trees. The service and communication with Benedikt were impeccable whether for the organization of beautiful excursions or to respond to other requests. Local restaurants and shops easily accessible. Great for a couple stay. We will definitely come back to extend the experience!

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Souimanga. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and very private, exactly what we were looking for. The pool and garden are perfect for relaxing, and everything inside the villa was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed. The host was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, even helping with transfers and recommendations in Koh Samui. This villa truly exceeded our expectations, we can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui!
